Sigrun brings a wealth of experience and a distinguished 34-year career in the United States Army, culminating as a First Sergeant.  During her military career, she seamlessly transitioned into the real estate industry, becoming a licensed Realtor and accomplished managing Broker with many years of expertise.

Currently serving as the Principal Broker at Capital Real Estate Services and Radnor Realty Company, Sigrun is a seasoned professional with a strong background in administration and exceptional negotiating skills, both with agents and clients. Despite her Icelandic origins, Sigrun has deep-rooted connections to Tennessee, particularly in the Cumberland Plateau and Nashville areas.

Sigrun’s life passions revolve around a simple yet profound goal: helping individuals and families find their perfect home.  Whether navigating a purchase or sale, Sigrun prioritizes Integrity, Character, and Selfless Service, making them the cornerstones of her relationships with clients and fellow agents.
