I work directly with real estate professionals throughout Middle Tennessee to provide education, resources, and responsive solutions when foundation, crawl space, basement, or concrete concerns arise.

Education is a big part of what I do. I offer FREE Continuing Education courses for real estate professionals, covering foundations, crawl spaces, basements, waterproofing, and concrete repair.

I’d also love to visit your office or team meeting! I can bring food and provide educational conversation about what to look for, what common inspection findings actually mean, and when it’s time to call a professional.  Practical information your team can use when working with buyers and sellers.
